Method
First we acupam dough. Mix yeast with a teaspoon of sugar and two tablespoons of flour and pour a little milk and stir well to get leaven. We leave the yeast bubble up and meanwhile sift flour into mixing bowl and knead where we mix sugar with warm milk until sugar melts. Over leaven add sifted flour increased, yolks, lemon zest, vanilla seeds. We start the mixer and add the sweetened milk little by little, until we get a dough that must be soft and slightly sticky. If needed add a little milk (max 50 ml). Then add the melted butter mixed with oil all little by little until you incorporate all. The dough will become somewhat soft but supple and slightly sticky. Let dough rise in warm for 40-60 minutes or until doubled in volume.

Meanwhile we fillers. Mix cottage cheese with eggs, sugar and vanilla, raisins, lemon semolina and vanilla and blend well. If needed we add sugar and cheese is too soft add a little semolina.

When dough has risen divide it into two. From the first half form a ball, which put in a tray covered with baking paper and a good stretch in the tray to form the basis of Pascal. On the other half divided into three and form three cords of about 70-80 cm, which intertwined (see video). We weave over Easter based around the tray walls. In the middle put the cheese and Brush dough with egg and sprinkle it with sugar. Dam bread in the oven for 40-50 minutes at medium heat (175-180 degrees) until nicely browned and the filling is baked above.
